EXPERIENCE THE BIG FIVE
See the other side of Africa.... some might say the ‘real Africa’. SA boasts some of the most spectacular game viewing in the world, as well as some of the most luxurious game lodge accommodation. A trip to South Africa really wouldn’t be complete without a visit to ‘the Bush’.
Here is a taste of the type of wonderful Safari experience we can arrange for you.

With its earthy plastered walls, dry packed stone work and rough wooden beams, Madikwe Safari Lodge appears to grow out of the rust-red African setting like a gigantic termite mound. Offering a commanding view of the game-rich plains, each room overlooks the majestic panorama of the Dwarsberg Hills, as well as the Marico River, a green ribbon cutting through the landscape. Both splendid and serene, yet as warm and approachable as an African sunset, Madikwe offers an intimate bush experience with a humorous twist.ENQUIRE

The moment you walk into the main building at Kirkman’s Kamp you’ll think you’ve been transported back in time. The fact that the main lawn has warthog grazing on it instead of a neatly dressed party playing croquet does nothing to dispel this illusion; in fact, it all adds to the ambiance of this 1920s South African homestead.
Impeccable and gracious service completes the old world atmosphere, as the spirit of safari comes alive at this evocative camp, set in one of the most renowned wildlife regions in the world. Each of the 18 guest cottages boasts spectacular views of the unspoiled wilderness surrounding the Sand River. ENQUIRE

Savute is an objective lesson in aridity. Rain is rare and water is precious. You will find yourself in harmony with a unique timeless place, removed from city life.
